What Is Your Privacy Policy?
Information gathered by this site is kept completely confidential and is intended for our use (in the order and follow-up process) only. Your personal data will not be shared with third parties, nor will it be sold as part of a contact or "opt-in" list. The above applies to all customers, as well as any visitors to our site. This policy covers all information including, but not limited to, all order details, email list sign-ups, gift certificates, and any phone or email correspondence with our customer service department.
When an order is placed on our site, an email is automatically sent confirming the receipt and the details of the order. Please be aware that this does not mean that your order has been processed. It only confirms the receipt of the information and assigns a purchase order number for your reference. You may want to make a copy of your order or save this email, since this is the only order copy that we send. We do not pack invoices inside our packages unless directed by the purchaser. After the shipment is completed, you will receive one additional email referencing the tracking number for your shipment.
Please note that this email that you should receive is addressed as; gabnk21@gmail.com. Assuming that there are no problems with your order such as; incorrect address, out of stock issues, you truly will not hear from us any further.

What Is Your Return Policy?
Within 14 days of receipt of your purchase, if you are dissatisfied with a product for any reason such as; not up to expectations, wrong item, damaged, etc. then please read the following information:
International Shipments:
If an order is seized by customs, refused by the recipient, or not delivered due to an inaccurate address, KENTESOURCE will not be responsible for reimbursement. If the shipment is returned undamaged, we will, with your consent, re-ship the order to you again with an additional shipping charge. Otherwise, we will refund the product cost should you decide not to have your order re-shipped.
To Cancel An Order:
You may cancel an order at any time by calling us at +233208417742/+233244129317. You may also email us at gabnk21@gmail.com. If we have already shipped prior to your cancel notification, you will be not be reimbursed for the shipping charges.
Legal Disputes
The user agrees that any dispute whatsoever, in connection with this Web Site, shall be determined in higher or lower courts located in the Republic of Ghana, West Africa

What Is Your Shipping Policy?
OUR SHIPPING POLICY
Domestic Shipping: Assuming that the ordered product is available in our inventory, then the following shipping information is applicable. If you choose standard delivery (Priority Mail, FedEx etc.) your order should arrive within 3-5 business days. If you have chosen Next Day Air, please note that an order placed on Friday, will not arrive on Saturday, but rather on Monday. If Saturday delivery is needed for your order, please call and discuss this with a representative since this type of delivery involves additional expense. If we are not in stock on a product, delivery time may take an additional three weeks to arrive at your address.
International Shipping: Assuming that we have the ordered product available in our inventory, then most deliveries outside of Ghana should arrive within a maximum of 10-14 business days from the date of your order. If we are not in stock, the order may take an additional two weeks to be delivered to you. We currently ship to every country in the world with the following exceptions: Belarus, Burma, Cuba, Democratic Republic Of The Congo, Iran, Liberia, North Korea, Syria, Sudan, and Zimbabwe.
Out of Stocks: Though it is our intention during business hours to ship within 24 to 48 hours of the receipt of an order, sometimes this is not always possible. Since all products offered on this site are handcrafted as demanded, at times certain items may be out of stock. If this is the case, you will be notified by email or phone as to an approximate arrival date. If this is the case with your order request, you will be notified by email or by telephone as to an approximate arrival date
